Dr Raghuvir Singh has been an electrical engineer for 13 years and has been in management education for last 20 years. He is currently working as Director of TAPMI School of Business, Manipal University Jaipur, promoted by renowned Manipal Group, and he is the visiting professor and expert in the faculty selection panel in the area of Strategy at MDI, Gurgaon. His areas of interests are: Strategic Management, International Business Management and Research Methodology and Business Environment. He has conducted workshops for the department of industries, Govt. of Rajasthan, a trainer par excellence in soft skills, he has conducted numerous workshops for corporate houses.

He also authored/edited 4 Books and more than 80 Research papers. The Prof. has visited oxford University U.K. in year 2005 and chaired a technical session in the Global Conference. He has visited 8 countries on various academic assignments. Prof. Saxena is also a member of various professional bodies and also national council member of ISTD, New Delhi. He has recorded more than 170 higher educational films for UGC Centre for Educational Consortium (CEC) Countrywide Classroom Programme.

Dr. Kirti Kapur has a total of 24 years of experience in the teaching of English Language and literature. She has taught in various schools and colleges across the country and since her appointment in NCERT in 2000 she has been working in the areas of curriculum, syllabus and text book development, evaluation, training, research and consultancy. She has published and presented 40 papers internationally and nationally and has also attended several international and national seminars on issues like Multilingual Education, Second Language Teaching, Problems of Learning Among Tribal Children, Issues in Assessment etc.
